
As Resideo’s global quality leader, Carlos de Castro is responsible for overseeing all product portfolio, from new developments to life cycle management, and customer care.
Created in 2018 through a spinoff of Honeywell’s Homes segment, Resideo is $4.5 billion business in the smart home sector, with operations in 40 countries and ~14,500 employees around the world.
Carlos brings more than 25 years of experience as a quality and customer care executive, including previous global and regional leadership roles in Honeywell, and leading organizations like Philips, Novelis, and ZF.
Carlos has been living in Europe for the last 17 years, with positions in Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland. He is a member of the IEEE - Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, former assessor for the EFQM - European Foundation for Quality Management, supporter of E4C – Engineering For Change, speaker in conferences, and has sponsored student projects of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
